If you don't have a friend, 2 controllers are recommended-even with 100% completion it's short. It's a playful cute easy little platformer, that tells a somewhat uneventful story. You don't really explore much in this game, just go from A to B and find some collectables. I found the lack of challenge pretty boring and the storytelling is only saved by a few funny characters you meet along the way. I guess it's a good game for kids.Now if you want the same cutesy adventure game with a dash more of metroidvania and a story that has some actual worldbuilding, some sense of wonder and just a hint of a challenge, play Wuppo instead. Wuppo is the better Pikuniku, now I've said it.
